Let’s Talk Teeth
Sparkly smiles aren’t just for show — fresh breath and clean chompers make a big difference to your pet’s overall health and happiness. Dental disease is super common in both cats and dogs, and it loves to sneak in without making a fuss.
Giving your pet’s teeth a little love early on is one of the easiest ways to keep their mouth comfy, clean, and feeling great for years to come. A happy mouth means a happier pet, and that’s something worth smiling about.

Dental Care at Vet Around the Corner
When it’s time for a dental procedure, your furry friend gets the full VIP treatment. They’ll snooze comfortably under anaesthetic while we take a thorough look inside their mouth — not just the teeth, but everything from tiny fractures to sneaky foreign objects to any unusual lumps or bumps.
Before we get started, we run a blood test to make sure their kidneys and other organs are in good shape, and they’ll stay on IV fluids throughout the day to keep them feeling their best.
During the procedure, we give their teeth a proper clean and scale, check every nook and cranny, and take dental X‑rays. Those X‑rays are like our secret superpower — they show us what’s happening beneath the gumline where trouble likes to hide.
If you’re ever unsure about your pet’s oral health or something just doesn’t seem right, give us a call. We’re always happy to book a consultation and make sure your buddy’s smile stays bright and healthy.
